One thing we need to know is how to clean these pots, because we burnt some plastic to the inside. also one if our pots isn't heating up, any suggestion on how to fix this?Im sure we will have many more questions in the coming days, weeks, and months, but this is a start, great site, thanks for any help, Ryan Pearson and Jason Brown
Mercury
To clean a plastic pots you have to take the pouring lever out. 2 screws on the top rim. then lift he lever out. Pull the long rod out of the pot. Go to a hardware store and but a ROUND wire brush. You will also need a extention about 5" long or so. Put the extention with the wire brush on the end into a drill, Use the drill to brush off the burnt plastic, Wipe out the pot with a clean rag. If you have worm oil, put a thin coat of this inside the pot to keep it from rusting. Hope that helps.
