stream stalker
We use the minnow head mold from do-it. 90 degree hook eye (which you want to fnf). It has many different weight sizes. Works great.
HookUp
snooter You think its going to get cheaper pouring? LoL You'll learn you're inventory will go from a few dozen to more jig than you'll use in a lifetime.

Ogajiga
Lets see, you wanna buy a $60 melter and a $40 mold or few to save some money? Also hooks, lead, and maybe some paint, fluid bed, heat gun etc.? The Do-it JNR-6-A mold can make 1/80, 1/64, 1/32, & 3 larger sizes plain ball no collar round heads. Wow you're right there, there is no savings doing it that way. You would have to sell thousands of flies to recoup your cost. I'm with everyone on this, just buy them. Unless you want to learn how to pour.
Ogajiga
Right now on eBay you can buy painted with double dot eyes 1/64 & 1/32 round heads less than $10 per 100. Dunno how anyone can sell that cheap, but there it is.
