HookUp
Anybody used them for salt water species?Any tips for using them in current? Thanks. Brad IMHO - senko's are a fragile bait. Saltwater fish tear up plastics, and usually don't seem to mind the plastic composition but are hungry and eat anything. When I fish salt, I usually dont go after the high $ plastics, since the fish dont seem to care. Now, I've never used it, but some salt fish'n buddies swear by Gulp. May try that if you got the cash for Senkos? As far as current, pay close attention to tides and pattern the fish by how the react in high to low; low to high; high; or low tides. Also, look for structure or cover that creats eddys or ambush spots for agressive feeders seeking bait being carried along by the current.
