D.J. Posted November 29, 2007 Report Share Posted November 29, 2007 I used to pour them with Del's mold. I used to get my skirts for getbitlures.com. I am not sure if he is still making them or not. They were easy to make, they just took more time than I liked, so they were not very practical for production work. I used a soldering iron I bought at Home Depot. If you can find a flat blade, it is really easy to attach the skirts. Just run the bait down one side, and the skirt down the other and they melt together very nicely. Hope this helps. As DJ mentioned it does take some time but its worth it. For production you have to price them right which can be difficult and you can easily knock yourself out of the market. However, once you see the action of our skirts compared to others it would be justified. You can check out some videos of this on our site...
