baitntackle
I have a tuff time cleaning my lurecraft pouring pots. Whats the best way to clean them after each use? The left over plastic is so stuck, I scrape it lose with my finger nails. Got to be a easier way! Thanks in advance Rob
bassn1
I use a wire brush that ataches to my cordless drill. After it's clean I spray it down with PAM.
wrm-n
I have 18 pots... one pot for black glitter, red, green and so on. When I am done pouring a color I dump the rest of the plastic out and wipe inside with a paper towel.
MDC
You may be getting your plastic too hot. I have no trouble peeling out the cooled plastic and wiping any glitter out with a paper towel or my fingers.
Maverick
Try spraying your pots with WD-40, then wipe out the excess with a paper towel, this makes them easy to clean and also keeps your pots from getting any rust started when you do not pour for a while. Hope this helps, Maverick
wolfman148
I do the same a Bassn1. I have a small wire brush on the cordless drill and that does a good job inside and out.
Vodkaman
Wear protective glasses. Those wire wheels throw off wire shards. It WILL get you in the eye, it's just a matter of when.
rxfish
I use a drill and wire brush as well and a shop vac. I have the vac in one hand and the drill in the other and suck the stuff up as it comes out, then finish up by sucking the rest out of the bottom of the pot. Works good for cleaning excess off the bench as well.
