oneida charters Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 Im a beginer and want to start making my own lures ( plastics) to sell at my store and to other contacts. was wondering if anyone knows the laws governing manufacturing, do i need a special license to pour plastics or lead in New York.
