Is there anyone here who dabbles in a bit of AG brewing. Who makes a mean ALE or a lush LAGER. mmmm Im on the dry here why did I bring this up???? I tried kits, but like lures, more satisfaction was to be had from building it myself. Tedious labour, mashing at 150 deg for four hours and then simmering for another 90 minutes.
