It is extremely detailed and could be quite large. What size can you support in the tutorial section. Would you prefer stills and text? I'll probably post the stills and text on my own site too! Ive shot a couple. I did em in Mpeg then cut & edited thru Ulead media studio pro. I also have a nice program that can convert video files to macromedia flash...... But to answer your question, mpeg or avi, cause they both can be imported to most any editor for conversion. Im not sure which one makes smaller files, but the smaller the better.
