Stripedbass Posted January 9, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 I am pretty much a salt water fly fisherman. Love fishing the south side of the cape, vineyard. I tie salt water flies and teasers. I have not fresh water fished in years and swore that I wouldn't again at least until I retire. Two nights ago I told my wife I was thinking of fresh water fishing this spring and her jaw dropped, her face turn this funny color, then she uttered a remark I wont repeat. I make all my own rods. The only rod I fished since the early 80's was an orvis T3 909 I won on the Vineyard then lost it from the top of my truck leaving the gut parking lot. Eighteen months since that happened and I still can't swallow that one. Call me anything you wish. Yo Yo Ma has two reasons for being in my signature.
