saint308
I have a newbie question about scents.Do you guys put scent in your plastic just before you pour or do you just pour it in the bag with the worms after you are finished. Either way. I do both and some do neither. It is up to you. Just nake sure you have the right bags if you are adding it to the bag or you will have a smelly mess. Saint. saint308
Laminated bags. I would go with at least a 3 mil. thickness. Saint.
Smallie
Here is one of many suppliers that have been discussed on this site: http://www.johnsonbag.com/worm_bags.htm The search function can be used to find more.
alsworms
I always put some kind of scent in the mixture just before I poured, unless the customer requested otherwise. As for the bags, you will get a variety of opinions on this one. I liked the laminated bags (and your company label looks nicer on them), but I couldn't see spending that much more money on them when I was just as happy with 4 mil poly bags with a hang hole (about 1/2 the price). Then again......I was old school. LOL
pastorshane
I cook scent in and put it in the bag, but saint is rite without good bags you either you lose the scent or its a mess.

rockylinx
I have question, How much scent oil do you add to 8 oz of plastic ??
pastorshane
I use 1/8 tsp to 4oz so 1/4 tsp to 8oz and then 15 or so drops in bag.
BassnRandy
Depends on what you use. With straight garlic I put two drops in 4oz. plastic and two in the bag and it's plenty. With the scent I get from Doug at Upperhand I use about 4 drops per ounce cooked in and then i throw the baits in a bag with about 10 drops. Shake them up so they get coated and package them.
