338muskie
I made some aluminum lips for the lures I'm makeing. It's 1/8 inch thick. I went to 4 hardwear stores sunday looking for small eye-bolts to run in the center of the lip to run the line to. Any know where I come find like 100 of them? Palmetto Balsa
Try JannsNetcraft, or Barlow's, or Mooreslures or Stamina. Did I leave any out? After you try out the screw eyes, you might want to try twisting you own out of wire.
338muskie
I've look at all of those web pages. They have eye screws. But no eye bolts. I'm looking for something that you can put a nut on. Thanks
Palmetto Balsa
I can't picture what you need but if McMasterCarr doesn't have it then? http://www.mcmaster.com/param/dsc/dsc.aspx?dscIds=12843&term=Eyebolts
cheesehead
Most eyebolts that small may be to weak for your needs. as analternative drill two holes through your lip and use a piece of wire bent into a _n_ shape and soldered to the bottom of your lip. blackjack
you could drill 2 small holes very close together and install a split ring, there is a Daiwa crankbait with a titanium lip that uses this method, might give the bait a crazy action!! 338muskie
This is what I'm trying to do. I put the eye-bolt in the lip so I can run the line to the lure like the one in the photo. Thanks
