JDBaits Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 For all you guys having trouble pouring tails and small detail work look into picking up some arrow measuring cups, it made pouring 4" brushhogs 100% easier for me. In the mean time ive have researched the topic and have found a few interesting hits but none from reliable sources with definative a answer. I don't know if they are 100% safe but I have put 2 1/2 gallons of plastic through mine without any issues in the past few weeks. Being a compounding pharmacist, I have used the beakers melting bases and drugs for years. They will stand the heat. A chemical warehouse or a compounding pharmacy would be a good place to get them.
