JDBaits
I want to pickup some green glitter from lurecraft to make some junebug baits. What size glitter should i get? Im thinking the 0.35" but should i go even bigger?
BBC
I found that lurecrafts glitter tends to fade to a turquoise when you reheat the plastic a couple times (At least the glitter that I bought from them did). I get my green glitter from senko sam (http://senkosam.tripod.com/id1.html). He is a TU member that just sells glitter. I've never had a problem with his green glitter fading. Also, I typically use 0.015 for my junebug. Eric
Richard Prager
Sam's green will not bleed or fade after multiple reheats. I use both small and medium in my Junebug.
nova
Size 35 and 15 are the 2 most popular sizes. www.novalures.com
Senkosam
Thanks. Wish the violet and maroon didn't bleed when heated to 350. @#&*@!&
JDBaits
Thanks all I went with the.035 from lurecraft since I already had an order to place with them for colors and molds anyway (jeeezzzz this is an addictive hobby). I hope the color dont bleed but if it does ill reorder from SenkoSam and chalk up the $4 loss to experience.
