Shawn M
You could try something like an easel. Not too difficult and you could use some pine 2X2's, pretty cheap wood. Not sure how fancy you want to go...but an easel style you would only need basic handtools and few screws, a bolt with washers and wing nut, and chain or string to keep the leg from splaying out. Spike-A-Pike
Dave. I would also use 2x2's for structure, with wing-nut T legs on the bottom and hings where you can pull the pins for easy teardown and assembly. I hope you have a truck, mini-van, or trailer to make getting it from place to place easier. This is a basic view in powerpoint, not a prefect blueprint, so be kind

Spike-A-Pike
We used to use something simular for scouting. If you can figure out a method to hang the baits, hooks or valcro, buncher clips screwed to the peg board, etc., where you don't have to put them up and take them down every trip... Making it just a display and keeping product secured in tote tubs may be another idea, less risk of product just walking off... It offers a degree of control.
