clamboni
Yeah........TU. Everything you could ever need to know has been or eventually will be up here. Use the search function. Your english seems to be pretty good, so you should be able to find almost all if not all of what you're looking for. And if you can't find it, ask. As far as an online place with free books, I doubt you'd find anything due to copyright laws.
dampeoples
Try the Gutenburg project, not sure if there is anything technical there or not, but a Wikipedia search is bound to turn up alternatives if any exist

philB
Daffy Try binary newsgroups such as ALT.BINARIES.E_BOOKS and the likes, if you are not familiar with newsgroups do some investigations on the web into news servers and groups and you will get the picture in the end. They do appear from time to time but you have to be there when they do. Sorry thats the best I can offer. philB
Spike-A-Pike
Daffy. Try the Bass Pro shop and Cabela's. They offer a wide range of information and how-to's that make pretty good reading. clamboni is spot on about people not scanning (copying) published books and offering them on the internet, it's a copyright violation. daffy_duck
THANKS AGAIN.In my country is eazy to get the information, movies and books from Internet, I know dat is a crime, but we have some ''underground law'',about the books, IF you like it -buy it, if you cannnot, read it,it is like a library, but ''public''. if i draw copy of "sunflowers''(Vinsent Van Gock) it is not a crime because it is a copy, and you can buy a poster to the same paint in books store, without to break the copy rights. and last I think that : "searc for knowlege is not a crime. trying to sell copy books is crime. please dont understand me wrong.I think to write my book about luremaking, and share free in the net, just for pleazure, not for money.
