Angler310
This is pumpkin orange w/orange hilite with green pumkin black whisker no salt. I tossed it in a bucket of water under flourecent lights. I was pretty pleased with how it showed up..Changes colors as the body is turned into the light. Should be good in shallow clear water. Your opinions please thanks Mike

bhorlings
They look great. How did you pour it? Did you just start with one color and then switch to another or did you do it with the mold open?

Angler310
Thanks guys, that is a real moral booster, I poured the belly of the bait open mold, let it set, closed the mold then poured the back over the top. I had a difficult time as my pouring area in the basement has no heat. It was a tad cold. I'm sure Nova can attest living just across the border. I had to keep the plastic really hot and keep my molds warm in my oven otherwise the back would set up before completing the pour. thanks again Mike

I always preheat my molds with scrap rubber before I start to laminate. Once you get going the molds stay warm and you're all set. Just make sure the second color pour is hot so that the bonding can take place. Sometimes I don't let the first color set (open molds) before I pour the second color because I'm looking for a "blended" look between the colors. www.novalures.com
