woodieb8 Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 we use mcdonald and white primer. im in canada though. its dry time is fast and it holds any color paint lacquers or water based.. you could try automotive lacquer primer in white, blk,, red oxcide or grey.. i prefer white for flourescents Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The reason I asked is I've been using a krylon primer,( not lacquer) and had some trouble with my paint and clearcoat. I believe I've narrowed it down to my primer. I don't know why its hard to find around here. I try to stay out of the speciality shops (more $$) but in this case looks like I'll be paying them a visit:teef:Thanks again.
