bdhaeh Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 I ordered a bottle of Mend-It soft bait glue from tacklewarehouse the other day and just got around to trying it. It works much better than any other fishing glue that I have tried. It seems to have plastic in the glue and uses solvents that alllow the plastic to bond??? bryanmc Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 Ive used it and agree, it works great. No hard spots and it fuses the plastic almost perfectly. It's sure been a swimbait saver! As far as making it, who knows. I didn't realize it was just MEK (methyl ethyl ketone) and acetone.
