nova
Delw; I live in an area that it known for some of the best fish(saltwater) and I like fish; just not raw. Lots of folks here eat raw scallops. I can't go that. I like my food cooked. I like "real" Chinese food, lots of ginger in it. www.novalures.com

Orion
I love sushi.
Delw
the only fish I can eat raw that I enjoy is tuna, shark the rest I am not really thrilled with. the shell fish to me is only good cooked. Sashimi is my favorite , sushi is so so Sashimi is a bed of rice with some hot mustard then a fillet of fresh fish. about a 1/4" thick , 3/4" wide and 3 inches long. Sushi is a log of rice rolled in sea grass with some hot mustard and a sliver of anything. the stuff they sell in the states is pure junk in my opinion as its not still alive when its cut, and you loose alot of flavor in my opinion. Earthworm , lake fork tackle sells them and they are in every store out west here. no body still uses them I love them
