Let's see if we can get the ball rolling. 1) One approach would be to try expanding foam with micro-balloons. I think you'd have to make either a RTV or PoP mold to hold the hook and form the float. 2) Use something like Stanima's Micro Foam Balls super glued to a hook. http://staminainc.com/rig_spinnerrig/micro_foam_balls.html Don't know if either of these ideas help at all or not. Maybe the guys will jump in now... You may want to see if a member that goes by Husky has any ideas. He is a guru when it comes to expanding foam; Vodkaman might have a few ideas too.
