The Dutchman
Almost every race they seem to have their faves. Las Vegas it was the 99 and Edwards. Take notice when he and the 16 pitted for gas and tires and someone blew a tire and slammed the wll and limped back to the pits with debris on the track they didn't call a caution because the 99 was leading the race and the 16 was, I think, third. Then, the 99 lost a tire and they blamed it on a camera man. It seems as though Carl Edwards is the Alan Jackson of NASCAR - mr. too good. NASCAR has been losing fans right and left - new COT and cautions in the last few laps for debris. Saw my last race! Going back to open wheel. I like it when Patrick pushes someone. MR KNOW IT ALL KIND OF
Dont lose faith!!! Dutchman.. Nascar always has had caution at the end... But today.. Bush hit the wall!!! so that one was legit!! The tire deal was bs.. should have sent him to the end of the pack.. what I hate the most about it is the AIRO push!!!! they havent fixed it.. whoever is in the lead after the last caution wins about 75 percent of the time.. The fastest car is always tight in traffic!!!! It use to be setup and tires... and less on Airo!! Airo is still the key... and track position.. in the good old days everyone got tires with 5 laps to go!!! not anymore!! But I do feel your pain.. mikel7@mac.com
It's Just Like Basketball, If You Watch The Last 15 Min. You Have Seen It All. What A Wast Of Time.
Spike-A-Pike
Good news coming in Melbourne on 16 Mar 2008... the Formula 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX. A chance to watch a race on a course that goes up and down, left and right, and best of all, no stinkin' temp-plate cookie cutter cars. Maybe stock cars should have retain 80 percent of a stock car regardless of the make. Because they can call it what they want, there are no stock parts on a stock car anymore. jflures
Stay with it. The season is just starting. It's hard to watch during the summer with all the fishing going in. So watch untill the season begins.
Brian_Va
Stay with it. The season is just starting. It's hard to watch during the summer with all the fishing going in. So watch untill the season begins. Boy thats an understatement! Plus some of us are so busy with grass wars and lawn care this time of year we forget there is even a NASCAR,
DropShot'r
busy with grass wars and lawn care this time of year Grass? After the two feet of snow melt on my yard. To be quite honest, I have lost a lot of intrest in Nascar since the chase format was introduced. the Bush.....Nationwide series is infected with un-needed cup drivers keeping up-and-coming drivers from racing. Thank god we still have the trucks!!! DropShot'r
