Kevin70
Welcome to the forum ,fish. Yes, you can spray fingernail polish through your gun, but it can get tedious to clean. And, the fumes from the acetone that you need to clean up with can get very annoying (unless your The Rookie, he seems to like it). I would stick with water-based acrylics. BobP
I bought a 360 in the Garage Sale and it seems like a decent brush. First thing I did was order a fine tip assembly from www.webairbrushes.com. The standard tip was too large IMO.
mark poulson
If I were you, I would start with Createx water based paints, until I was familiar with the air brush and air brush painting. Solvent based paints, like nail polish, are harder to clean from the brush, and, if you don't get it really clean, may ruin the performance of the air brush and discourage you. Buy a few water based air brush paints in different colors to start with, and play around. The nail polish is great for different looks and glitters. I use it all the time to high light cranks that I think need a little sparkle. Quick and easy. Just be sure to ask you sister first. Heaven hath no wrath like a woman who has had her makeup disturbed without permission.
