King Bait Co.
Cut in the dimple to see is their is an air pocket on the inside. I have the same problem in some of mine. I poured them with out any salt. You could see a cone shape air pocket towards the top
King Bait Co.
Sorry I forgot! Try to tilt the mold a little as you pour. Or if can tap it on the table as you pour to get the air worked out. That seemed to work for my problem.
pastorshane
Your plastic may be hitting the side of the mold and cooling faster than the rest of the plastic. Make sure you pour straight down the mold. Also, how soon are you pulling them from the molds? They may not be set up yet.{because of the softner/softer plastic} I know I let mine set for 10 hours or so before I squeeze them or package them to keep them in their proper shape. Not in the molds, mind you but layed out flat on a cutting board.
Bountiful Waters
We pour T-Sticks 6-8hrs a day, 5 days a week. As the mold get hotter, the worse the dents become. You have to let the molds cool a little. Next, One color pours dent much worse than laminates. To combat this, pour half the mold, wait 30 sec. and pour the rest. Sometimes that will help. I feel your pain.....
JDBaits
Thanks guys, do ya think it could have anything to do with how fast i pour the bait, or with the temp I pour them at?
