anderson_dc
As if i need another color of powder paint! But, im looking to use another color and am wanting some input. Most of my fishing is for bass, walleye, and panfish and i already have the following colors as part of my color selection. I would like to add one more color that i can use in a fluid bed and would like some recommendations. I also see that Pro-Tec has some new colors out like Copperhead, Watermelon Flake, Rootbeer Flake, June Bug Flake, and Watermelon Pepper and they look kind of cool. Has anyone painted any jigs with these new colors and what do they think of them? Did they have problems with the colors that have flakes in the fluid beds and not getting enough of the glitter on the jigs? stream stalker
I have tried pro tecs new colors. They are wonderful. I don't have a fluid bed and I was still happy with the amount of flake on each jighead.
LedHed
Try some red or red with holographic glitter. Most of my special effects paint comes from Columbia Coatings - bigger selecton - cheaper. Have used the Pro-Tec clear with different glitters - works great.
