Richard Prager Posted April 16, 2008 Report Share Posted April 16, 2008 I recently had a minor issue with an order. I called and spoke with Kim and she immediately made it right, PLUS! I also received a personal e-mail from her as well. Stuff happens and owning two businesses I screw things up twice as much. It's nice dealing with someone who is cordial as well as prompt in correcting things. I also recently had a problem with a hook supplier. I was misinformed about their inventory and when I called, it took the fourth message to receive a response. I have now found another supplier for those items.
