mnchartier Posted April 1, 2008 Report Share Posted April 1, 2008 I was looking at the slip cast tutorial and I am gonna give it a try. I was thinking thought that with some of the hard baits giving fish leverage to throw the bait a line tube like what 3:16 lure company does would be a good idea. The question is though is would there be any effects using surgical tubing when you pour the alumilite? I would use a small finish nail instead of the pins to make the markers for the tube insert when making the mold. Then when actually casting have the tubing protrude out both marker holes.
