Spike-A-Pike
Brave Viper. There is a web site called LureMaking.com , :-:-: Lure Making :-:-: The Official LureMaking.com Website | Tackle Components | Lure Components | Lure Making Information | Lure Making Supplies, it's got a great PDF download file titled the Canadian Guild to Lure Making. It has just all sorts of information and the section called Spinnerbaits, pg 40 is has pictures of the different types of common Spinnerbaits and pg 42 has the Spinnerbait Components Chart. I've been using it for at least the past 5 years. Your photo is a willow blade, for 1/4oz, either a 3 or 4 will work. They've got the other info you need for the other components. Good luck. Spike-A-Pike
BUT, I don't pour lead or plastic... sorry. I am in the middle of building a MS Excel spreadsheet based on the Hagen's order form for small order builds. When I get it finished, I was thinking of attaching it as a downloadable file in the Home Brewed Tools - well it is, sort'a.

Munkin
I have a standard blade size chart somewhere I will try to find it for you but using smaller than normal blades is what started me into tacklemaking. Allen
braveviper
Why smaller Allen?
Munkin
Why smaller Allen? I fish for SM in rivers most of the time and a heavier bait with smaller blades works better in current. Most of the baits I fish are 3/8 or 1/2oz hidden weight heads on a 1/4oz frame with size 3 and 4 willows. Allen
