Big Splash
Lancestamper; There is tons of info in the archives- use the search feature at the top of this page. I started last summer, and with all the info on this site, it has been a rewarding experience. My web site has some basic stuff about pouring. woodsac
Try searching just the 'soft plastic forum' Use search words like 'beginner', 'newbie', 'first time'. Those should return some results on the materials you'll need too. When your ready to buy, don't be afraid to ask for a 2nd opinion on what you're gonna get. Might save you some money
Mercury
Yeah I dont know how many times we went over that. And each time it changes a bit. One thing is for sure, dont go hawg wild on buying things when you first start out. Do a starter kit from MF or Lure Craft. Check it out, see if you like it. Rummage in the archives a bit and see if their is anything that trips your trigger.
