mark poulson Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 WW2006, I use pins instead of screw eyes because it's easier for me to assemble and disassemble my jointed lures multiple times with pins than with screw eyes. Once I get a screw eye closed (no mean feat in itself) I find it almost impossible to get in there again to open it a second time, without doing damage to the lure joint. smitty919 Posted April 15, 2008 Report Share Posted April 15, 2008 this is how i do mone plus a ss turew wire thats not in the pic that goes in the center... i use the cut off ends of ss wire and some swivels on each side to keep the body lined up when in the water...
