The making of the molds; as I understand it; is simply a side line and something they enjoy doing. But when it comes to bread and butter earning, they both do major projects for various industries. When I want questions answered about what I want or have ordered they respond, if I have questions about new stuff, they respond. reefaddiction Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Bob is a great guy, with a great product. He is just very busy, but I just ordered some molds from him and they came right away. He actual tells you when he shipped out your stuff and HE REALLY SHIPS THEM OUT UNLIKE ANOTHER MOLD MANUFACTOR WHO CLAIM THEY HAVE UNTIL YOU LOOK AT THE POST MARK ON THE BOX! He is also going to make some custom molds for me in a couple of weeks. Personally he is the only one I will give my money too, and I know lots of others who feel the same. I own every mold from those guys (that interest me). I know Bob suffered a fire some time ago and I also know that he and Zach Alter used to come up with some great stuff. Bob's customer service has always been second to none, I was just asking if anyone had any updated info. My question was not meant to be negative in any way. Everybody is slamed we got turny's everybody is stock'en up planning fishing trips or fishing on the weekends. People are are over loaded this time of year. Rember make worms, sell worms, fish and repeat. I alone have to go to work, make worms and molds, sell worms amd molds, ship everything, order supplies, stock for turny's, fish turny's and do it agian next week until Aug or longer. I can't imagin what they have to do stocking all of us. I think my wife and kids moved out last week Oh! well. Just get in the way!!!! All RobShaw-BasSport wanted to know was if he had any new molds or if he updated his website. So I will ask too DOES HE HAVE ANY NEW MOLDS IN THE WORKS OR NEW ONE'S OUT???? IS THE MAN STILL ALIVE???? I do have some of his molds and they make a great bait... "But" I myself like to talk to someone on the phone about their product...I call Dels I get a person to answer the phone... I call LureCraft a person answers the phone...Someone call's me I answer the phone... I maybe a little weird about it but I have some money to spend and I like to have phone support... This new age of e-mail works "But" I like to talk and ask questions about someones product... I see that people are getting their molds and I guess I could just order and go with that... I just e-mailed Bob asking for pictures and prices of the molds that aren't posted on his site. I'll be happy to distribute them if and when I receive them. Last i emailed him was a month ago asking about new swim baits, he told me he was working on a few but he was very busy. He told me to email him back in about a month and they should be about done.
