You can get some quality cranks at the jann's and staminas and some others but sometimes they are inconsistent. Just wondering. All the info is on this site to do it if you want to search for it, and when you get stuck, ask questions. You will get the answers needed. Granted they wont be the plastic injected glued together kind, but plenty of substutable materials.
