bassn1
Started to make my top water foamies. After figuring out the proper wire harness and weight distro I started to knock out a few baits. Then I ran out of foam and opened a new bottle. The new foam weighed a lot more and was a lot denser than the last bottle. I had to waste a lot of time redoing the weight system to get them to float right and level. Any one else notice this ? maybe they changed their formula. I'm using Foam-it 15 from Smooth on. Vodkaman
Interesting, a density change in between batches. If this new density is constant throughout the batch, or not, let us know. As far as your problem is concerned, I have an idea for a spreadsheet that will help you calculate the new ballast for the batch, eliminating that trial and error period.
