alsworms Posted April 20, 2003 Report Share Posted April 20, 2003 That question's got "Chirmy" written all over it 'cause I believe he lives pretty close to Lake Mead. What I can tell you about the lake is it's noted for BIG bass, and lots of guys use large swimbaits, flukes, and AC plugs in trout patterns for the trophy fish. As for plastics, Morning Dawn (pinkish blue), Grape/Blue, and Oxblood - red flake always work great there. It's been a few years since I've fished Mead, but from what I've read.....fisherman are still using the same baits with good success.
