MONKEYqpHUNTER
very nice job.the backgrond in the pictures make the baits look like they might jump or swim off any second.do the baits have any paint smell?
braveviper
Love the froggy! How do they swim? Are those painted?
Bogbaits
The gills and the frogs swim great, they are painted and they smell after painting,They need to be air dried and then scented
King Bait Co.
They look very life like A+ on them. If you dipped them in some clear plastic would that help the paint smell go away like on the swimbaits.
Bogbaits
Not sure about dipping them, have tried dipping on some other baits but did not like the results, hinders the action and makes the bait too thick,if I could get a very thin coat it might work ,not sure though,The smell goes away if they are aired and then ad some scent. King Bait Co.
I was thinking a real quick dip it should help the paint stay on longer to. Its just an idea I had seen on some swimbaits I had bought. They take a beating and the paint doesn't come off. They do have a very thin layer on them it also helps hold the eyes on too. Bogbaits
I do spray them with a special clear to seal the eyes that are also glued in,im afraid the clear dip may clog the leg webbing,I may try it,the plastic will probably have to be super hot to get it thin enough.
