StoneCoal Tackle
This would be a blast to try.
SmokeyJ
That's funny. I had seen the video playing in the tackle section at walmart of the little rc fishing boat they sell their. They were catching panfish with it, but I was wondering what would happen if they hooked into a bass. That video answers my question . Spike-A-Pike
The way some of the pike we were on last week were hitting, an RC boat would have been a blast. As a joke, I suggested the Wolf Pike submarine hardbait - but this was way funnier.
redg8r
Did anyone recognize the angler? Mr. Blake Gills, a fellow luremaker.
Spike-A-Pike
Redg8r, Is this an event we could test in Clinton next year??? I figure we could swap out different lures until we find the lunker catcher of the meet. I guess we'll have to check with Nathan... Could be fun to watch. redg8r
If we fish the same lake, that boat don't stand a chance
cullin8s
a remote control toy sub with a camera on it painted in fire tiger might get some really cool footage lol
diemai
In Europe you can buy special remote controlled boats exclusively for fishing purposes:wink: ! These are most likely used by some technic freaks amongst the carp anglers scene over here . They use them to carry a load of chum(particles or boilies)far out on the lake to a previously marked fishing spot and drop it there , also they can take their bait rigs out with these boats . Works at night as well , for they have starboard and portside position lights on them . Also places deadbait pike rigs anywhere beyond casting distance , provided , that the reels used are big enough and filled well with line . You may wonder about such or find it stupid ? Why not taking chum or rigs out with a real boat or fish from a boat straight away ? Well , there are too many restrictions over here , boatfishing or boating in general is not always allowed on many smaller waters , trophy carp fishing is almost impossible to do from a boat , so this remote controlled boats can be the last chance to hook a trophy fish near the opposite bank 200 or 300 yards away , which might also not be accessable for anglers due to being private property or a natural preservation area !
