oldschoolbasser
Sorry about that post in the middle of your tutorial I had no idea you were going into that much detail. Maybe Bruce can delete it.No problem.that's why I couldn't find your message.Bruce is going to move it to another section.I didn't know how much detail was involved until I started posting it.It only takes me about 30min to take down a reel, and put it back together.Next time I'll try a video(haha)! KcDano
Thanks Bruce! Unfortunately, we all live and learn, sometimes for the better, sometimes not. You did a great job with the reel rebuild!
Spike-A-Pike
oldschoolbasser - I value all the effort you put into this project; I was a training developer for the Air Force for over 20 years and I enjoyed working with Subject Matter Experts (aka: SMEs) to ensure all the technical aspects of training ranging from simple first aid, to aircraft maintenance, to aircrew training for tankers. Please PM an e-mail address so I can send you something I'm working on. KcDano - Sorry I couldn't delete your comment because it follows the flow of the conversation, so I just moved to the same place as your request... But oldschoolbasser had referenced your request before I could comply with your request, so not to make everything disjointed, I just moved... Everything should be fixed (I think... Now, how's about a rousing coarse of, "In heaven there is NO BEER!!!) That's that.

JSC
I have really enjoyed the thread and glad it will be in a tutorial for a lot of guys out there that sometimes try to "Fix" them and bring them into the repair shop in a bag ... at one time I repaired just enough to keep me current with them (in the early 60's) . Great Job. JSC
oldschoolbasser
JSC Thanks for the vote of confidence.Fortunately,Ambassadeurs haven't changed much from the "60's",at least the ones I work on.
