You can't upload , because you haven't subscribed to be a TU member .

If you look closely in the name ,-and avatar section of any posts in the forum , you will see , that some guys are indicated as members there and some are not .

Only TU members have completely full access to all features of this site now .

I have signed on almost immediately , with our Euro currency presently strong against the Dollar it would cost you less per month than you would pay for a single beer in a bar !

Diemai,

I think you are wrong. I am a TU member, and still, I cannot post pictures in the gallery.

Let's clarify some terms. There are 2 types of TU members here. The "simple" ones, as myself (maybe you can find a more appropriate word than myself for such members), and TU Club members.

2 weeks ago I had the same problem and assumed the galleries were closed to all members for some technical reason. When I started seeing new pics but it was still closed to me, it dawned that maybe there was a problem with "permissions" on my account. A note to Jerry (hit the "Contact Us" prompt at the bottom of the page) and the problem was fixed. Hey, these are computers. Ya gotta expect a few glitches just to keep it interesting!

Guys,

Allright, the fee will be no problem for me since beer is also not cheap here in Holland.

:)

And.. I just really like this site too much.

But.. I just think that it isn't very clear that from nowon you can only post in the gallery if you are a paying member.

I thought there had to be some technical problem or a disk quota limit etc.

Also in my opinion it isn;t a very smart thing to do; first offer people a lot of nice stuff; like posting pics of stuff you make for free and then at some point when your site is a success take away those right and charge a fee.

As I said; no problem here I love this place. Maybe just because I'm in website design myself.

Jeep,

Who pays for the web sites you design or does it all come out of your pocket? It wasn't a matter of the site becoming successful and starting to charge a fee.

It was more a matter of being able to keep TU up and running without putting the entire work load and costs on one individual to keep the site we all enjoy and want to see continued. TU is a tackle making site that discusses both proven and experimental methods of making baits; and the forums offer a place to discuss those methods

If you are satisfied with the current level of access you have, great. If you would like to expand your access just click the TU Club Membership.

Your current level of access was decided upon by the current paying TU Club Membership after a fairly lengthy discussion, so don't blame a single individual, it was majority rule.

I'm not blaming anyone Bruce.. I'm just giving you my thoughts.
