I've done a lot of fly tying over the years but that was easy compared to all the stuff involved in luremaking. My main interest is big bass trout baits. I'm lucky enough to live fifteen minutes from a lake that has the potential of producing World Record Largemouth. My biggest to date is 17#-13oz. My quest is to build a big wooden trout bait that will match the trout in this lake in color, size and action. Anyhow its cool to find a website with so many excellent luremakers sharing ideas.
