yankee jigger
I deal with a vendor called Newark Electronics.Only problem is that you need to buy a lot of them, but they do have a 3a,violet color code ATO fuse. If you change body style of fuse, make sure you go with a fast blow.
Lincoya
Have you checked Radio Shack or some other local electronics parts supplier? Gene
reeves
Ted, You might try your local Auto Parts store, and as much as I hate going into one, a dealership service dept. I always feel like I need to bring my banker with me when going in there. Good luck and let us know how you do, hope you cool down soon. Spike-A-Pike
Ted, You could add a couple of spade terminals to a round, in-line fuse holder and plug that into your sonar/GPS. It may not look pretty, but it should work and get you back on the water again.

mjmmusser
RadioShack.com - Cables, Parts & Connectors: Fuses: Automotive fuses: 3A Mini-Blade Automotive Fuse (3-Pack) Those ones. If it is, just go into the store and if they don't have them in stock ask them to order them for you.
carolinamike
Cadman, 3 amp fuses are commonly used in heating and air conditioning units. These are used to keep the control boards from burning out. Any heating and air supply company should have them. These aren't the mini fuses. These are standard size. When I say heating and air conditioning supply company, I'm not talking about the people that you would call out to work on your home unit. It will be the store where they buy their parts. Most won't sell to people off the streets without working for a heating and air company, or without license. But if you explain to them what you want them for, I'm sure they'll sell you the fuses. If not, or you're not sure you can find them in your area, PM me with your address and I'll pick you up a box. They run between $4 and $6, and I think there are six or seven in the pack. Hope this helps.
