I bought my cards from Andex - Your Source for Blisters and Blister Cards, Clamshell Thermoforming and Skin Packaging and my spinnerbait blisters from PowerPak Industries, L.L.C. but you will need to purchase a sealing machine. You can buy spinnerbait clamshells from Hagen's http://www.hagensfish.com/2008catalog/10596Hagens161-168.pdf and Stamina Spinnerbait Display Containers. I recommend buying from them if you need small quantities. If you want to buy in bulk you can get the spinnerbait clamshells from Custom-Designed Plastic Packaging - Great River Plastics, LLC. I designed the artwork on the cards and told her the sizes I needed. I believe they will do artwork design as well.
