maltrout Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 I have about 200 or so black skirt strips that are pretty hard and sticking together in the plastic bag I have them stored in. I checked some of my other colors and a few other colors are also hard and starting to stick together. Is this normal ?
