Making In-Line Spinners with In-Line Blade tip....

Recommended Posts

Using the spinner blades with the hole already in the blade and mounting the blade directly on the spinnershaft.....you will notice the concave dent at the hole....when finishing the spinner, add a red bead, either an E bead or a Seed Beed to the top of the blade. The bead rests in the concave indentation and reflects a lot of red in the blade as an added attraction.

I tie a feather treble having some red in it, I then turn the eye with the hook attached....now, to cover the wire windings, I work on a red faceted plastic bead...after that the spinner body, (I use black powder painted bullet weights...usually 1/16...then one E bead and a seed bead for bearings, the blade and then one final bead, all in red, and then lastly, turn the final eye in the wire.

Good fishing, Mac
