Thin Wire hook

Recommended Posts

You might try putting some Permatex ultra copper high temp RTV silicone in the area you want to plug up. It will hold up to the heat and flex to allow for the bigger hooks as well. I drill out areas in my molds pretty deep, Then fill in with this stuff and let dry. Then I can use reg and flat eyes and still works great.

Great tip on the high temp RTV. I have used JB weld. Add to the area you want to build up and use a dremel to drill it out as desired. Lay the hook where you want it, so it makes an imprssion while it is still wet so you know where to make changes once it dries.
