Big Splash Posted January 7, 2004 Report Share Posted January 7, 2004 I uploaded images of some of the plastics I'm calling TROUT FX SERIES. First is my Spaghetti Grub, inspired by tube bait action, but with a versitile solid body. Secondly, Mr Wiggles, the crazy little double curly tail with four vibrating legs. Both are poured in my own handcrafted molds. I would like to hear feedback from anyone. On the first day of testing, Mr. Wiggles was responsible for several respectable Rainbow Trout, including two big males near 4lbs, and that was though the ice! I'm using the name TROUT FX SERIES to encourage local anglers to try plastics for trout. All to often even seasoned trout fishers here will declare all plastics to be 'bass lures'.
