Beltonbanger
Can you paint over powder paint to make eyes with vinyl paint? Is there an easy way to use powder paint to make eyes?
Basseducer
Yes you can and most folks use a clear like epoxy over the vinyl to protect it. One method of making powder paint eyes is to pack the end of a straw (the size of the eye you want to make) then touch the end to the hot lure. I never could get that right so I use liquid paint like createx. Hope this helps.
