bojon Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 I have been asked how to make the nose on the tubes,smooth,and more rounded.I have never worried about it,but some seem to want the end smoother.I just pinch the ends off after they cooled hanging nose down.Any help? Zbass Posted January 20, 2009 Report Share Posted January 20, 2009 bojon, All I do is on the final dip, I flip the rod upside down at just the right time and the end will be round. The pic I sent you of the two color tube was done that way. I just snip off the drip from the previous dip and then flip the last dip. Just a little practice and it's easy.
