I've been tying deer hair and marabou bucktails for muskies for awhile now, but wanted to get into Flashabou Buckys. I've noticed that they (Flash), are generally held in place by some kind of small rubber band. Where would I get material to do this and how difficult is it to do? Janns netcraft (Page 10) Barlows. or several others. The nice thing about making your own skirts is that you can mix materials or colors to make something that no one else has.
