BSUBASS
I just started pouring about a month ago. The bug has bit me hard and I'm pouring all the time. I have a problem though. I'm using lurecraft coloring and can't get the motor oil to look like motor oil. It looks like a washed out green pumpkin. I've tried mixing some chartreuse and brown with it to get that hue but still haven't succeeded. Any advice?

dsmblack
I usually pour 4 oz plastic. How many drops of MF motoroil do I need to get a good Motoroil color.
IGOTWORMS
Well that depends on what you think a good motoroil is supposed to look like. The best thing about pouring your own baits is that you get to decide what the best shade of a color is and what if any sparkles go best with it. One thing i learned is the store bought shade of your favorite color can often work a lot better in a slightly different shade. Start with a few cups of plastic and see where you wind up. Enjoy your new addiction:sauced:
