I just purchased some things from Bear and there was a minor issue with two of them. I conntacted him about it and he went out of his way, over and above, to make things right. In my opinion he is a stand up man and is willing to make sure that his costumers are happy. In my book, customer service is huge and he definately has good customer service. Not only does he sell his products but he backs them completely. But he's more than willing to give you advice on making your own pouring pot even though he sells them too. He's genuinely a good guy.
