fishtr417
Does anyone on this board make or have a source for the new craw trailers with weight in the claws...body floats and the claws droop? Thanks...Miket.
daveh
you could do a double pour, pour the arm craws with heavy salt an the body with no salt.
daveh
the more i think of it just load the claws with salt and the rest of the body no salt. dels crawl molds would work great. if i get time i will pour a few.
GB GONE
I have put bbs in my mold for the claws before as well. Just out of curiosity, why would you want the claws to sink? I thought the whole stand up and wave the claws deal was way more realistic and the fish respond to that. Maybe a defensless craw is more appetizing!!!! fishtr417
I agree on the claws waving but a customer wanted some of with the "drooping claw" as trailers on our football jigs so I was just trying to accommodate. Thanks for the responses..miket... table Rock tackle.
Bountiful Waters
BBs or split shots will do fine. If you double pour with salt, you are likely to get a different shade of plastic which your customer may not want.
